Experience
Melinda F. Wimbish graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies in May 2002. Melinda graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2005. While attending law school, Melinda served as a law clerk in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, preparing both criminal and civil memorandum of law and court opinions. Melinda also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office for the Eighth Judicial Circuit where she handled felony cases.
Melinda joined Killgore Pearlman in 2006. Melinda is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Florida and the United States District Court in the Middle District of Florida.
