Experience Marty Stamp has practiced law since 1973 in Florida, New York and Texas. He was formerly Senior Counsel with Exxon Corporation in New York and Houston, Texas. In 1989 he joined this firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and business transactions. Mr. Stamp is also an approved agent for Fidelity National Title, Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, and Old Republic National Title Company. He represents several local and national banks and developers in real estate secured lending transactions.
