Experience Brenda Newman has practiced in the areas of complex insurance defense litigation since 1990. Ms. Newman concentrates her practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury defense litigation, construction litigation, Title VII actions and commercial litigation for large and small corporations as well as individual clients. Ms. Newman has represented clients from Brazil and Germany. She also serves as a mediator for the auto division of the Better Business Bureau.
