Experience
Frank Killgore has practiced commercial litigation since 1983, and is the original founding shareholder of the firm. He concentrates his practice in litigating complex business and construction cases for large and small corporations, as well as for individuals. He has conducted multi-week trials in both the state and federal courts throughout the state of Florida. He has represented his clients interests in conducting litigation and providing business negotiations throughout the United States, as well as in other countries including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, and Japan. His practice area covers a wide variety of commercial disputes ranging from simple contract issues and insurance defense claims to intricate construction defect claims, fraud and racketeering actions and dealer day in court suits. Since 1998, he has developed significant business contacts in China, which have allowed him to assist clients who are trying to conduct business in this vast emerging market. Mr. Killgore also serves as an arbitrator for the court annexed arbitration panel of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; is a certified Circuit Court and Appellate Court mediator; and serves as an appraiser and umpire in insurance claims.
