Experience Christopher W. Hayes graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech (Communication Studies major and Business Institutions minor) in 1997. Chris received his MBA and Juris Doctor cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2004, where he was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Chris served as the President of the Business Law Society and as an officer of the Christian Law Society. Chris competed on Stetson’s client skills team, where he advanced to the semifinals of the ABA Tax Section’s 2003 Law Student Tax Challenge in San Antonio, Texas.
Chris began his practice in Orlando in 2004 representing residential and commercial developers in complex real estate transactions. He joined Killgore Pearlman as an associate in 2009 and concentrates his transactional practice in the areas of commercial real estate, automotive dealership law, and general corporate matters including the purchase and sales of businesses, corporate origination, and securities. Chris is an approved agent for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
