Experience
Bill Denius has been practicing as a trial lawyer since 1996. He practiced for two years with the Office of the Public Defender in Brevard and Seminole counties, Florida, handling more than 15 jury trials. Bill began his civil litigation practice in 1998 by joining a statewide law firm, and then moved to Orlando in September 2000 to work with Killgore Pearlman. He has also handled a number of civil jury trials since he began civil trial work in 1998. Bill practices commercial litigation and represents a wide variety of businesses and individuals, including contractors, subcontractors, automobile financing companies and automobile dealers. Bill’s practice involves the handling of commercial disputes, contractual disputes, construction disputes, creditors’ rights (including rights in bankruptcy), collections, real estate disputes and automotive law.
